When I watch the media from many sources, daily I am left in unbelief. Often, I wonder how people can be so blinded from the truth? I know there is a biblical answer.

The Light of the Gospel
“4 Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God,[a] we do not lose heart. 2 But we have renounced disgraceful, underhanded ways. We refuse to practice[b] cunning or to tamper with God's word, but by the open statement of the truth we would commend ourselves to everyone's conscience in the sight of God.3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. 4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 5 For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants[c] for Jesus' sake. 6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”
The god of this world is satan who represents darkness. The same serpent who was in the garden even today influences all the world by using the same format of lies and temptations.
Have humans' original state of being deteriorated even further over many centuries or is it a continuation from the first rebellion which separated us from God into a sin nature. The bible says, the heart is evil above all things.

and desperately sick; who can understand it?
10 “I the Lord search the heart and test the mind,[b] to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”
It really seems people just don’t care about the things I think we should all care about. I am one person. Who should care about what I think? More importantly what does God think? We can't read His mind but we can read the Word of God which does give us so much insight into what God may think. The world seems chaotic in thought. Good vs evil. Right vs Left. Truth vs lies. Is it simply end time prophecies being fulfilled right before our very eyes? See link below (Scripture)

Headline news bombards us with headlines about death, murders, crimes, lies. Good is called evil and evil is called good. 73,000 abortions in Canada a year. Almost 80,000 people chose MAID since it began in Canada. Hundreds die from drug overdoses every month. People laying on the streets homeless. People seem almost oblivious. Corruption is at an obvious all time high. People can’t tell the difference between what is true from what is fake. This all seems abnormal from what most of us have ever lived. Whose son or daughter will be the next doa? We hope and pray for our children.
Life seems to have lost its value. People don’t seem to really care. Why? Is it because we feel helpless to do anything to bring positive change? So, we pretend it does not exist or it did not happen. Our bubble world we think we live in is safe. Is it a mentality thought which tells me, “what we don’t know doesn’t hurt us? That only happens to other families, not ours. That knock can arrive at our own front door in one way or another.
We hear about the wars going on but we don’t see or experience it where we live, therefore it does not affect us yet. People chant death and it is championed by some. Others remain silent about it. Some speak up against such immorality in an attempt to show what is true only to be called all kinds of names. Persecution of faithful Christians is becoming more prevalent. Often not talked about. Example is the atrocities happening in Nigeria.
It makes me sad to see the world in such an upheaval state. To watch the injustice where there is no governmental accountability. I know there is a higher accountability and that will come from God. People seem to lose sight of that or don’t even think about God. What is going on in the Spiritual realm? A big battle.

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
Some don’t fight. We allow the darkness to spread when we don’t show the light, or show the truth. Perhaps it is not that different than it was hundreds of years ago. History shows the barbaric things done over the centuries in the name of God, whoever that God is to people.
The Israelites history shows so much aggression against them. Christianity in parts of the world are facing death by the thousands. There is silence from our legacy media. Example of not here, does not matter. This post is because of an Ostriches farm, government overreach, lies, propaganda, corruption and collusion. It was horrific what they did to those farmers but more so what they did to the Ostriches. You can look it up. Most people forget and many never knew. My point is so many people simply didn’t care. I guess that is the point. Why don’t people seem to care? I am left wondering where is the compassion or the justice? I can only look to God for that compassion, love, grace, mercy and forgiveness. Father Forgive us? We don’t know what we, do.
Thank you Jesus. You knew exactly what to do. That is why you went to the cross for all of us. That we may find forgiveness, restoration, sanctification and redemption. We turn to you Jesus and repent and live for an eternal hope where everything is made brand new.
